At VitaPureTouch European MedSpa, we strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Timing is Everything
We are fortunate to have high demand for our services. To ensure timely appointments and excellent service for all clients, we have implemented the following policies.
No-Show Policy
Missed, rescheduled, or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice are subject to a $75.00 'No-Show' fee. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. We offer a one-time 'grace' per calendar year for unexpected circumstances.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your service may be shortened or rescheduled out of courtesy to the next client.
Consultations
Spa consultations with our medical aestheticians are $75.00. This fee is waived if you proceed with a service, package, or product purchase on the same day. Otherwise, it can be deducted from future purchases within 30 days of the consultation.
Spa Etiquette
To maintain a relaxing environment, please silence your cell phones and keep conversations at a low volume near treatment rooms.
Package Expirations
- Packages are paid in full prior to or on the day of your first treatment
- All packages are non-refundable
- Packages expire one year from the date of purchase
- We cannot process returns or reimburse payments on treatments, memberships, series, gift cards, or packages
- In some cases, we may exchange for spa credit of equal monetary value
- Spa credit cannot be used for product purchases
Return/Exchange Policy
- All deposits, product, and service purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Unopened/unused cosmetic and skincare products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for spa credit
- No refunds will be issued
- Contact us immediately if you have a reaction to a skincare product
- All other items sold in our spa are final sale only
- Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another client
